Responsibilities |
The primarily focus is to control general finance/accounting procedures and practices. Responsibilities include: The position will be responsible for: · Safety, environmental protection, and housekeeping in responsible area; · Prepare budgets, forecasts and strategic plan schedules; · Manage the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets and management reports; · Develop and revise finance and accounting systems, procedures and controls to ensure adherence to all control policies and procedures; · Provide financial information to other functions in plant, control cost deviation; · Interacts with banks, auditors and tax authorities; · Assist in key suppliers’ evaluation; · F&A manpower planning and management; · Effective guide, train and motivate subordinates, and evaluate their performance. |
Requirements |
Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree holder in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business management or relevant subjects; · Minimum 5 years’ experience in related areas, and 2+ years in management level; · At least 2 years' experience in foreign-invested enterprises; · Competent of decision making; · With Accountant qualification; · Familiar with government and local tax regulations; · Knowledge of ERP system and supply chain management is preferred; · Good English (both written and spoken); · Good computer software skills (MS Office); · Creative, proactive, and results oriented, and self-motivated; · Good communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork spirit. |
