| Responsibilities |
Provide and operate a safe and clean work facility in compliance with all company and government policies and regulations.
Comply with all company and government environmental policies and regulations.
Assure effective financial controls and reporting methods are implemented and maintained.
Formulate and meet operating budgets.
Formulate and achieve cost reduction and productivity initiatives.
Assure and certify that manufactured products fully meet customer specifications and expectations.
Assure compliance with ISO and government mandated requirements.
Responsible for ensuring full compliance with all Human Resources personnel and payroll policy and laws.
Manage and control inventories using cycle time and continuous improvement tools.
Ensure manufacturing equipment and building facilities are properly maintained and operable utilizing monthly maintenance data & reports.
Maintain a production scheduling system to assure on-time customer deliver |
| Requirements |
Bachelors degree in Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
Masters degree in Management, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience) preferred
8-10 years of general management of a materials / metals technology industry.
5-8 years professional experience in a fast paced, change-oriented environment.
5 years progressively responsible in a manufacturing operation.
Comfortable working with all levels of management.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English - Required
