| Responsibilities |
Responsibilities:
Ø To manage the implementation of quality programs and procedures to ensure products are in compliance with the requirements of the headquarters and government regulations, meet customer requirements and ISO9001 standards
Ø To perform Quality Assurance related activities for raw material, packaging process, process control and finished products, warehousing and delivery system
Ø To make sure of the implementation, the follow-up and the efficiency of the corrective and preventive actions
Ø To plan/schedule the external and internal audits according to company and regulation standards and make sure that they are done
Ø To supervise and develop quality assurance staffs |
| Requirements |
Qualifications:
Ø Bachelor or above degree major in subject of technology or engineering with minimum 8 years working experience including at least 3 years experience on manager position in WOFE or JV company, casting/machining experience is priority
Ø Know well about quality standard of products used in nuclear power plant
Ø Know well about ISO, ESH and 6-Sigma is priority, internal auditor is plus
Ø Proficiency Chinese and English and fluent in both English and Chinese spoken language skill
Ø Good PC skill
Ø Action oriented with strong leaderships
Ø Good communication and interpersonal savvy
Ø Flexibility in dealing with a variety of situations |
