Responsibilities |
1. Establish EHS compliance system, ensure EHS system to be efficient and it is integrated into business operations. 2. Develop strategies, standards, and solutions for occupational injury/illness prevention and regulatory compliance assurance that emphasize technical, behavioral, and organizational issues. 3. Establish and implement strategic training programs that will improve knowledge of potential health effects, safety procedures, and the role of the employee in the safety process. 4. Develop and maintain a Job Hazard Analysis for all production and production support tasks throughout the site. 5. Develop and maintain activities consistent with a comprehensive industrial hygiene program (e.g. sampling, documentation, training) on both a regular and an “as needed” basis. 6. Assist in the development of an ergonomic program and engage in workstation ergonomic assessments and improvements. 7. Manage the daily activities of the Security and Cleaning contractors. 8. Work with government agencies to insure BHA compliance (e.g. waste material management) 9. Insure safety training is provide to all outside contractors to BHA procedures |
Requirements |
1. Bachelor degree with more than 5 years experience on EHS management. 2. Comprehensive knowledge on government’s EHS regulations. 3. Good command of oral and written English. 4. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. |
