| Responsibilities |
Responsibility:
1. Support the HSE function and be a safety role model for the company;
2. Provide professional HSE guidance and compliance support to site management team;
3. Supervise, and enforce the implementation of HSE standards, regulations and policies per ALC requirements;
4. Drive the continuous improvement of HSE management systems, and reduce the overall HSE risks at ALNC region;
5. Monitor all accidents and incidents are reported and properly investigated. Lead the analysis for root cause and make action plan to solve potential hazards;
6. Coordinate HSE work plan and follow up implementation in different dept;
7. Assist HSEQ manager to achieve ALNC HSE targets;

| Requirements |
Requirement:
1. Degree in Engineering, Materials Science or others;
2. At least 5 years of HS&E working experience in manufacturing plant, including at least 2 years of experience on a HS&E management position in multinational company;
3. Good Knowledge of HS&E regulations, industry standards & policies;
4. Be familiar with HSE Training and tools (root cause, process analysis, checklists, auditing…) for HSE program management;
5. Have the relevant identification and control knowledge to risks on chemical industry;
6. Good organization and communication skills;
7. Good English skills;
8. The National Certified Safety Engineer is preference; |
