Responsibilities |
Main responsibility(负责北京/天津两地的薪资福利工作) - Participate surveys organized by professional consultancy company. Work out internal company bench mark remuneration by receiving survey result providing by consultancy company. - Collect and analyze figure regarding Human Capital and organization efficiency. Raise proposal on motivation remuneration structure for more suitable and higher motivation mechanism. - Launch performance appraisal management. - Collect figure, analyze data for remuneration package against job, position and organization, etc. - Responsible for report design when needed and supervision period report and ad hoc report on C&B and personnel management related reports. - Communicate, coordinate and collaborate with counter-partner in corporate HCM. - Provide consultancy to recruiters, BU managers on remuneration package according to benchmark internal and external. - Arrange relevant actions and supervision work to ensure company practice’ legal compliance. - Supervision the linkage with Shared Service Unit (SSU) on all mandatory insurance and housing fund management, Supervision on personnel management, guide on attendance record, guide and manage Special Working-hour scheme, annual labor inspection. - Direction and supervision on third party management. This 3rd party mainly means out-source HR service providers and temporary labor providers. - HR procedure optimization. - Communication with HQ conter-partner. - Other ad hoc issues assigned by HR Director. |
Requirements |
Requirements: *Bachelor degree minimum. *Expertise in compensation and benefits philosophy and practice. *Expertise in MS-excel, and other relevant tools. *Grasp related laws and regulations. *Good command of English both in written and spoken *Accurate work with high quality *Patient, careful and good teamwork spirit. |
