| Responsibilities |
· Familiar with production to recommend definition of activity type, activity price, routing, and work centers etc
· Be responsible for establishing and improving standard costing system
· To conduct and investigate manufacturing variances, provide relevant report of monthly commentary, and provide recommendation for efficiency improvement
· Analyses of profitability on monthly bases, provide relevant report of monthly commentary
· Monitor the monthly reconciliation between G/L and sub-ledgers of inventory accounts
· Perform the E&O analysis on regular basis
· Effecting annual review and revaluation of the standard costs of inventory, including raw material, WIP, and FG
· Stocktaking of unbilled cost and work-in-process (twice per year) organization, valuation, analysis, and adjustment in necessary.
· Monitor daily quotation raised by customer service etc.
· Coordinator internally on inventory issues
· Assist annual budgeting and planning
· Other ad hoc work assigned from immediate superior |
| Requirements |
· BS or equivalent education, major in accounting
· More than three years practical experience in inventory controlling and cost processing, manufactory
· Familiar with PRC regulation
· Well-experienced in ERP system
· Be able to work independently and under pressure to meet
· Good at effective communication with cross functional teams
· Familiar in Excel and Access is plus
· Well reading and writing language skill in English, oral is plus |
