Responsibilities |
To support on ER team to enhance internal communication effectiveness through program design and execution.
Ensure safety and environmental requirements are complied.
-Be responsible for news gathering and article edit work for newsletter design and
deployment.
-Be responsible for building HR network internally.
-Assist to promote company culture and image.
-Support on ER and communication design and implementation. (e.g.
Management Dialogue, Climate Survey, etc.)
-Support on employee activity design and implementation. (e.g. Badminton, Birthday
Gift, Annual Party, Family Day, etc.)
-Support on management of ER issue.
-Coordinate with the team to complete other ER assignment. |
Requirements |
-Bachelor degree, specialty in art or journalism will be preferred.
-Editing skills & graphic design skills will be preferred.
-At least 2 years HR working experience or equivalent, ER/IR related experience is
preferred. -Good oral and written English skills and software skills.
-Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
-Result-oriented and good team spirit.
-Open-minded, creative, highly-motivated and detail-oriented with good organizing
ability and strong data analysis skills.
-Can work independently under pressure. |
