Responsibilities |
Major Purpose: To lead a team of 3 to 7 Quality Engineers in the implementation of Quality Processes and systems as part of an overall implementation of one or more mixed model production lines of whole goods products. This includes from the extension of current existing processes in the unit to the new production line, transfer of processes from other units or definition of completely new processes to achieve the required manufacturing process control, ongoing process monitoring, mistake proofing, product and process verification audits. product and process first pass yield improvement, problem resolution, reliability (warranty analysis) and customer feedback. In conjuction with leadership coordinate definition of Quality goals like Fails per Machine, R&A, PRT, FPY and PPMs. Major Duties: Establish detailed implementation plan for quality processes. Define human resource required for implementation and execution in terms of skills and quantity. In conjunction with HR, recruit, train and develop new quality team. Execute global performance management for project quality members. Highly aligned team work with current operations quality manager function, manufacturing engineering, product engineering, HR, project management to integrate quality process implementation into overall implementation. Coordinates work of own and other functions to achieve technical deliverables of Ministry of Agriculture requirements for promotion to obtain subsidies. |
Requirements |
Main Requirements: Bachelor Degree, mechanical related major. 4-7 years in process quality experience in MNC in the mechanical assembly industry. People management experience Fluent in both spoken and written English |
