Responsibilities |
Objectives: 1. To provide insights on HR data for diagnostic and forecasting management decision-making and HR interventions to better achieve organization objectives2. To identify risks in HR systems and processes and to propose measures to manage or mitigate such risks Essential Functions:· Put in place a system or process to collect and analyses HR data for diagnostic and forecasting purposes· Propose HR interventions and collaborate with local HR to better achieve organization objectives· Analyzes current HR practices and payroll systems to develop a point of view on future projects using a risk-based approach.· Collaborates with local HR of Vishay Asia to ensure legal compliance and effective internal control.· Review payroll systems and processes and perform on-site audits on a regular basis. |
Requirements |
Required Qualifications:· Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance or related major· Candidates with experience in auditing will be preferred· In-depth understanding and practical application of risk control and applicable regulations· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and MandarinSkills and Abilities:· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to numbers and details.· Good reasoning and logical thinking, ability to provide effective ideas and solutions.· Proficiency in application of statistical tools and concepts |
