| Responsibilities |
l To establish and perfect the strategic operations management system, assist decision-making, and be devoted to improving the integrated management level.
l To guide and supervise the operations activities to provide world class quality, delivery, and service to Customer.
l Initiate corrective actions and follow through to insure continuous improvement.
l Leadership responsibility for strategic and tactical manufacturing planning, quality improvement, cost reductions, productivity and process improvements, equipment and automation development and growth and profitability.
l Develop and monitor operating budgets for production program, personnel and equipment, manage manufacturing activities to budgeted forecast, take corrective actions to address budget deviations.
l Monitor sales forecasts to insure requirements in materials, equipment, and personnel are met.
l Monitor efficiencies of team reporting to this position, establish, monitor and report key indicators.
l Coordinate employee training needs.
l Assure ISO compliance and ISO certification.
l Provide for a safe and healthful workplace.
l Assure compliance with relevant labor and employment laws.
l Lead all teams to attain the Cost control targets.
Deployment training and reach the team KPI targets. |
| Requirements |
l Familiar with similar industrial operations management and good ethic are necessary.
l High Proficiency in English communication, both spoken and written.
l Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
l Over 5 years working experience in operations director position is requested.
l Strong planning and implementation of ability; Demonstrates initiative & skills to contribute for problem solving especially handle variety of complex tasks.
l Strong motivation, communication, coordination, good team leadership and a team player; excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong interest in dealing with people.
Self-motivated, innovative, learning skills, withstand higher working pressure ability. |
