| Responsibilities |
Main Responsibilities
1. Ensure new product development is to accepted lead time and correct quality standard
2. Ensure overview of all current and future NPI jobs through the process have secured resources both machine and personnel
3. Drive and implement process improvements to reduce cost and improve performance to customer
4. Ensure exchange of experience knowledge between sites engineers are executed
5. Control what product concepts are implemented in each site and what should be developed by Global die cut R&D
6. Implement new concept from Global die cut R&D to local site.
7. Identify need and coordinate training of employees |
