| Responsibilities |
· Main Responsibilities 主要职责
1. Support division policies, goals and objectives.
2. Build safety program to keep ZERO accident and safe working environment.
3. Implement quality procedures and process in shopfloor to increase right first time and build quality product.
4. Keep 5S in shopfloor and warehouse.
5. Based on financial budget, SOP to plan and production related resource plan.
6. Review monthly production backlog and provide manpower to meet each cell output
7. Organize daily production meeting to meet daily output and reduce WIP.
8. Develop staff skills and keep low turnover.
9. Manage Stores, Receiving, and Shipping functions.
10. Implement LEAN manufacturing principles into the day-to-day WuQing operation
11. Interface with material department, quality department to meet customer requirement.

| Requirements |
· Qualifications /Experience 资格及经验要求
1. Degree in Engineering.
2. At least 5 years practical experience in MRP, materials planning, production control ,warehouse management and as well as supervisory experience of a multiple function manufacturing organization, experience on oracle system is plus
3. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (English and Mandarin)
4. Ability to work independently.
5. Ability to develop, train and motivate staff.
6. In-depth understanding in the area of shop floor execution, including 5S, quality and resource planning.
7. Understanding and prior exposure to LEAN manufacturing principles.
