| Responsibilities |
Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities 岗位的目的和主要岗位职责:

1.Ensure and maintain EHS system for compliance with all national, local, and GSK regulations & standards , to monitor, and maintain a detailed EHS database to appropriately record and store compliance data.
2.Lead and facilitate periodic EHS coordinator meetings and activities, recording and reporting details of the meetings together with ensuring all action items arising are timely completed.
3.Conduct EHS self-audits in accordance with GSK standards and site risk based and make the root cause analysis, and ensuring corrective actions are planned and timely completed.
4.Make sure all accident and incident investigations related to EHS providing timely and detailed reports and root cause analysis.
5.Identify the hazards associated with each chemical, process and storage operation.
6.Use inherently safe design principles to assess opportunities for eliminating or minimising EHS risks.
7.Use process hazard analysis techniques to assess the potential EHS risks presented by proposed processes and associated ancillary equipment and identify the measures needed to control them.
8.Maintain comprehensive design and Basis of Safe Operation documentation for all processes.
9.Identify potential emergencies and maintain appropriate response plans that mitigate the effects of adverse events and are aligned with the site’s overall emergency response plan.
10.Carry out periodic reviews, using process hazard analysis techniques, of existing processes and equipment and in the event of unexpected failure or significant near miss incidents.
11.Audit arrangements for managing process safety at a frequency appropriate to the inherent hazard present at the facility.
12.Upgrade and maintain Environmental and safety management system and lead site Env. Sustainability project.
13.Provide technical and Engineering solutions on Occupational Hygiene project, ex. RPE Free, Noise.
14.Upgrade and maintain contractor management.
15.Site construction management---identify site construction risks and coordinate with related department to get the solution.
16.Ensure site BCP is up-to-date and in use.
17.Organize monthly EHS council meeting and prepare the presentation.
18.Develop team competence to close competent gaps.
19.Lead team and develop team to achieve site and EHS targets. |
| Requirements |
ESSENTIAL:基本要求
At least Bachelors Degree , with a major related to occupational health and safety, or chemical.

5 years minimum experience working with OH，safety and environmental issues in the pharmaceutical or chemical company.
至少制药或者化工企业5年职业健康安全与环境工作经验。
Qualification (by examination) in Environment, Health and Safety (or working towards)

Knowledge of national, local regulations and standards for EHS. Familiar with international regulations and standards.
熟悉国内，当地及国际的EHS法律法规和标准。
· Fluent in oral and written English, including strong writing skills.
英语口语流利，有较强的写作能力。
High leadership and communication skill.
较强领导力和沟通能力
Understanding, experience, and comfort level with office/production computer software and hardware systems.
