Position Customer Service Supervisor

Responsibilities Job summary:The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for interface between Sales and Manufacturing for order entry and scheduling shipments. Provide technical knowledge needed to properly process customer.Key responsibilities in details:-Provide overall management and coordination for the sales and services required by customers. 
-Supervise and review proposed actions necessary to resolve or correct disputed customer invoices and/or customer claims. 
-Supervise in service quality audits and analysis, making recommendations for improvements in Customer Service, Invoicing, and Equipment Program procedures. 
-Identify, coordinate, and implement strategies and procedures that will maximize efficiency in handling letters of credit, payment terms, and equipment inquiries. 
-Provide customers with the established service level through scheduling and interaction with other manufacturing functions to achieve on schedule performance.-Understand and clearly communicate customer requirement for pricing, lead-time and delivery performance. Build positive working relationships with customer groups.-Manage the order entry process; Maintains and improves the integrity of the data in the MFGPRO database.-Export and Import control, arrange transport with forwarder and prepare all the documents for import and export operation. Follow up the delivery with forwarder closely to make sure 100% OTD.-Monitor and coordinate different functional department internally to achieve 100% OTD to commit.-Be responsible for capturing and communicating customer complaints.-Other job assigned by Customer Service Supervisor
Requirements .Job Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree and manufacturing industry working experience 3 years at least (Under Logistic or Customer Service will be plus).-Strong communication ability; Intellect to perform excellent customer service, give fast response against customer demand understanding and distinguishing.-Excellent skill for Micro soft tool utilization in Data Analysis and ERP experience are strong requested.-Well understand for Import and Export general operation procedure and COO application process.-Well-organized and full preparation working under pressure.-Open and positive attitude, team work and cross-function co-work sense requested.-Good command of written and spoken English.-Manufacturing background is preferred.
