Responsibilities |
Design, communicate and implement an operational plan for completing the project.Monitor progress and performance against the project plan.Take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.Prepare the engineering standards, design the work specifications, and develop project schedules.Liaise with other operational areas (for example production, quality, EHS) to secure specialized support for the project.Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project with the management team.Analyze the production processes and develop recommendations on working methods that will minimize risks, costs, and wastage.Increase yields and productivity, and improve the quality and consistency of final products.Analyze more complex product specifications, parts drawings, and other engineering data to develop new production processes.Estimate time requirements for each step, and prepares operation sheets. Requirements |
University or above, Technical qualification 5+ years’ working experience in process/engineering filedBeing skillful with ERP system, MS officeBe familiar with manufacturing process Flexible, task and solution orientated Good interpersonal and communication skills Self-discipline, responsible and reactive, capacity to manage urgent and critical situations Good knowledge of English written desirable |
