| Responsibilities |
To lead the production team to meet company goals for manufacturing lead-time, scraps, efficiency, on time delivery and inventory turnover
To ensure the products are manufactured in compliance with all process and quality requirements specific to each product
To plan production capacity in line and continuous improvement in manufacturing cycle time, WIP reduction and labor efficiency
To utilize statistical methods to measure working quality and achieve the quality objectives
To set performance measure and review performance of subordinates to provide appropriate counseling and coaching
To implement and improve Lean manufacturing and 5S activities |
| Requirements |
Bachelor or above degree major in subject of technology or engineering with 8+ years of working experience and at least 5 years in WOFE or JV manufacturing company as production manager, supervisor or assistant production manager
Action and target oriented with strong leaderships
Fluent in both English and Chinese spoken language skill, Good PC skill
Familiar with production plan, ISO, ERP/MRPII and material process
Good communication and interpersonal savvy
Flexibility in dealing with a variety of situations |
