| Responsibilities |
1.Be responsible for coordinating all the issues on HR to each department between BJ Energy and TJ office, including the recruitment, social benefits, housing funds and so on.
2.Be responsible for the management of Labor Contract, Training Agreement of BJ Energy etc.
3.Deal with the staff change position related, including increase and decrease.
4.Perform any other related duties as and when requires by HR manager. |
| Requirements |
1.Bachelor and above degree, major in Human resource is preferred.
2.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
3.Possess strong skills in communication.
4.Flexibility in traveling between BJ and TJ.
5.Have good commend of both written and oral English.
6.Be able to take frequent travel between BJ and TJ. |
