| Responsibilities |
General Job Description and Responsibilities
Manage production activities of Nacelle Plant to fulfill the production plan, in condition of EHS requirement.
Supervise and coach the production team to meet the production’s KPI. Such as OTD, FPY, productivity, etc
Have quick reaction on production problems and take prompt action for correction and prevention.
Conduct Daily Status Crew Meetings addressing schedule，safety and quality issues. Ensure safety and environmental requirements are complied by people in shop floor.
Cooperator with other department internal plant to solve the production issues. Forecast the problems such as materials, machines, process quality and supplier quality issues and so on.
Coordinate and resolve personnel issues, providing technical instruction in assigned work area.
Organize ILUO to operators.
Evaluate the performance of shift supervisors and operators. Update monthly performance measurements for operators of shift.
Collect correct production data, proper use captors.
Be involved in expense and investment budget setup and control. Cost saving activity in shop floor
Provide manpower availability against scheduled requirements.
Lead the team to implement lean manufacture, 7s, TPM.
Generate management and other reports on as required basis
Typical Tasks
1) Follow yearly GMBO.
2) Pass audit of ISO 9001,14001,18001.
3) Prepare GMBO for subordinates.

| Requirements |
1. Bachelor degree and major in mechanical
2. Good English competence of Speaking and writing,
3. More than 5 years experience of manufacturing engineering. Experience in assembly workshop will be preferred.
4. Excellent skill of soft wares of Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
5. Excellent skill of AutoCAD or one of 3D of drawing softwares (e.g. Solid works, Pro-E)
6. Strong sense of team work and communication skill |
