Responsibilities |
Responsibility and Work Scope:
1. Lead the HSE function and be a safety role model for the site.
2. Develop, establish, and enforce HSE standards, regulations, policies and instructions per Fitesa and China requirements.
3. Develop systems for the collection, analysis and communication of HSE performance data.
4. Ensure all incidents reporting and investigating under control. Review incident report and analyze incident trends to develop improvement plans.
5. Develop plant safety training plan and provide training for all employees. Include Fire safety and Emergency Response training.
6. Perform formal, documented safety inspection and audit periodically
7. Cooperate with related government agencies and ensure the local compliance.
8. Provide technical health and safety assistance to supervisors, managers and employees.
9. Review all Capital projects and major equipment & facility modifications to ensure HSE compliance.
10. Facilitate health and safety management system reviews.
11. Direct the improvement of Fire Prevention and protection systems, and reduce the overall fire risk at FCA.
12. Build up the HS$E capability of whole employee.
13. Supervise HSE staff to achieve HSE goals.
14. Key HSE contact for the site and interface with Group HSE personnel.
Review BJA and SJP annually. |
Requirements |
Special Competencies and Requirements: Good Knowledge of HSE regulations, Industry standards policies. Good organization and training skills. HSE Training and tools (root cause, process analysis, checklists, auditing…) Good management skills and good innovation ability Strong analytical & problem-solving skills Good communication & coordination skills Good teamwork Good presentation & training skills Good English and good computer skills |
