Responsibilities |
1. Key Responsibilities: Service purchasing management, including but not limited to: transportation, brokage, MRO items, etc. Import & Export formalities, including dealing with relevant authorities Negotiate with suppliers about price, contract terms and logistics agreement. Monitor supplier performance of price, quality and on time delivery. Set up cost saving target. Team capability buildup by coaching, training and job rotating 2. Measurements: The rate of on time delivery. Yearly cost saving. 3. Key relations: - Internal: User department Warehouse Finance & Legal - External Various suppliers and relevant authorities |
Requirements |
requirement & Qualifications: Education: bachelor degree or above, majored in logistic management, business management or relevant fields. Language: good communication skills in both English and Chinese Competency/Knowledge/Skills: Good purchasing experience, including but not limited to: planning, negotiation, conflict resolution, etc. skills Good interpersonal and leadership skills Proficiency in using computers Good understanding/knowledge of the service provider market – the supplier base, price level/trend, etc. Work Experiences: About 5 years experience on sourcing, procurement or logistic field, min. 3 years in leadership role. |
