Responsibilities |
-Looking for candidates by the activities. e.g.campus, internal transfer, HR market, internet, newspaper,hunter etc. -Recommend the suitable candidates to line managers and support to have the interview -Recording the result of the recruitment activity, make the employment material for the newcomer -Follow up the Labor Contract and apprentices agreement administration -Staff seperation adminstration, analyse seperation reasons, and handle the disputes once happened |
Requirements |
-Bachelor degree, Human Resources or Law major is preferred -Above 3 years HR recruiting experience in mutinational company -2-3 years training experience is preferred -Familiar with Chinese Labor Law and other related regulations -Excellent team skills, able to undertake working pressure -Excellent presentation and comunication skills -Sufficient English Ability (speaking, reading & writing) -Sufficient computer skills in using Windows and MS-Office, HRP system is preferred |
