Responsibilities |
-Coordinate Field Inspections through the subcontracting of recognized international Inspection companies
-Responsible for managing and supervising daily work in field quality and directly report to Quality manager;
-Drive to fulfill field quality function objective
-Set up and maintain ISO9001 Quality Management system and ISO14001 Environment management system in field area
-Champion set up and optimize procedures related field;
-Champion handling non-conformity closure found in wind farm
-Management of Changes
-Management of Non-Conformities
-Elaboration, analysis of key quality Indicators and launching of Corrective and Preventive Actions
-Assembly Process Audit
-Subcontracting Assembly and Maintenance Audits
-Carry out periodical quality reviews with subcontractors
-To implement continuous improvement and Problem solving activities with suppliers in order to reduce inspections at GAMESA and eliminate the defective components at the supplier.
-Implementation of ISO9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 in Gamesa China Assembly operations and subcontractor assembly operations |
Requirements |
Bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is a must, Master of engineering degree is preferred
At least 5 years similar management experience in large foreign industrial enterprises (wind turbine, aerospace, automotive, etc.)
Experience of working on ISO 9000/ISO 14001
Be excellent computer application skills, e.g. Microsoft Office 2003
Good oral and written English command needed.
Good working spirit, good communication skill
Independent working ability, results orientation, initiative, flexibility with interpersonal skills
Teamwork spirit and work under great pressure
Travel is needed. |
