| Responsibilities |
1 To develop and manage the Planning Department for in order
to operate with high level of efficiency, integrity and enthusiasm, striving to achieve
excellence (and avoid mediocrity) in all endeavors.
2 Ensure efficient operations through careful management of all sizing effort,
enhance customers' satisfaction and ensure 100% on-time delivery against commits.
3 Responsible for driving a systematic process to receive and evaluate customer demand,
4ensure a feasible operational plan is always in place; support the Operation's business
development effort with current and potential customers, and drive continuous improvement in key materials metrics. |
| Requirements |
1 Professional Degree or Diploma in any discipline with at least 8 years of experience
in Production and Inventory Control and of a similar manufacturing environment.
2 Extremely strong skills with proven track record in communication, leadership, business analysis, process development, administration, and change management are required. Attention to detail and ability to work well with teams is also required. |
