| Responsibilities |
Daily Responsible:
1. Pursue Lean Manufacture, team work with relevant departments to value & improve manufacturing techniques, layout, equipment reliability, etc. Therefore, high quality & efficiency, and cost down can be sustained.
1. Supervising & guiding the production processing, make sure smooth production.
2. Be responsible for production department budgeting and control production cost, decrease scrap rate.
3. Conduct reviews and generate reports to management regularly on manufacturing activities, performance and results.
4. Determine proper staffing and skill levels for the operations through HR Dept
5. Confirm and implement production plan together with planning function.
6. Take responsibility for quality control within the production process, coordinate related teams to solve problems (if any).
7. Be responsible for Health & Safety and environments issues in the production department to meet company and local government requirements. |
| Requirements |
Requirements:
1. University Degree, major in Engineering.
2. Technical qualification-- ever took technician training or acquired expertise in the field of mechanical/electrical and/ or process engineering.
3. Intensive experience, at least 8 years working experience in manufacturing field and 3 year in organizing and leading a modern production, new factory start up experience is desired.
4. Intensive knowledge or ERP, MRP, quality management system (ISO 9000) to effectively manage a highly efficient operation.
5. Strong management abilities, excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills.
6. Fluent in English communication (written & Verbal) and good command of computer skills. |
