| Responsibilities |
Job Description:
1. Manage the machining plant team to achieve the performance targets, such as delivery, cost and quality.
2. Coordinate the PE, QA, Warehouse, Tooling and production team in machining plant.
3. Set up reasonable targets for departments and develop the team members with PDCA, and review their performance periodically.
4. Listen the problems from different departments, communicate and coach managers to solve problems in efficient ways.
5. Issue all necessary reports in time
6. Complete the assigned projects, mission in time, in budget as plan |
| Requirements |
Job Requirement:
1. At least 5-year in plant manager of machining plant management in JV or WOFE
2. Good communication skill for team work
3. Good commands in trouble shooting capability regarding the key production indexes, such as yield rate, working flow ， productivity ， work order close rate, quality control, logistic and ERP operation, safety and disciplines
4. Familiar with the operation of matrix organization
5. Very good English communication competence ， both spoken and written
6. Bachelor degree or above |
