Responsibilities |
1. Be responsible for QA dept., including dept. budget, products quality control, quality system maintain, customer complaints & supplier management and staff development,.
2. Line work with other dept. to meet the division targets.
3. Reports to Sr. QA mgr., VT division who is located in . |
Requirements |
1. High achievement orientation and good leadership qualities to drive performance targets for the operations, able to motive employees, build high performing culture and trust within the organization, coach & develop for results.
2. Good command in English, especially oral English and good EQ in communication ability with different entities, business partners and different levels of people in the organization.
3. Able to work under pressure and work effectively in an environment with resources constraints.
4. Resourceful – ability to seek continuous improvements and lead his team in achieving results with limited resources.
5. Familiar with running operations, understanding of various production & engineering issues, including yield rate, quality, planning, customer complaints etc.
6. Familiar with ISO9000, ISO14000, SOX etc.
7. Good sense of cost and budget control;
8. Bachelor degree or above
9. Can travel for weeks a time
10. Minimum 3 years’ quality managemental experience in a multinational industrial company.
11. Experience working in a matrix organization preferred. |
