Responsibilities |
We seek a self- motivated individual to manage an existing team of product development engineers and managers responsible for successful development and launch of production for various types of new products for OEM consumers in north Americana . Extensive coordination between vendors and local office with reporting to executive team in both and the or even to customer product development groups in both and the . Day to day management of the group with weekly summary reporting is required. |
Requirements |
1. Have experience and technical skills in ferrous castings/forgings and manufacturing experience with an understanding of global quality standards.
2. Minimum 6 years of experience in related fields will be strongly considered. Office organization skills are required with emphasis of supervision in a technical environment.
3. Follow up skills are essential and English level 6 or above is required.
4. Must be able to follow procedures and adapt those procedures to various customer requirements. Review for accuracy and completeness of information from other employees is necessary.
5. Must be able to analysis the strengths and weakness of individual team members and various vendors and have the ability to utilize team member and vendor skills to maximize success in each project.
6. Good communication skills critical for success. |
