| Responsibilities |
POSITION OVERVIEW职位概述
Responsible for winning new programs from customer and Leading PM team to
manage the on-time and in-budget completion of all customer required
deliverables for these projects and is the main point of contact with our
customers for the launch of new projects.
作为客户新项目的获得和项目开发过程中管理项目团队，保证项目准时，预算范围内，高品质地完成客户的新项目的投产运行。
QUALIFICATION岗位基本要求
1. Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, 3-5 years Program
Management experience in the automotive, 5-10 years for sales experience;
理工科学士学位，3-5年汽车行业项目管理经验，5-10年销售背景；
2. Thorough knowledge of AIAG APQP procedures, Quality Engineering,
Supplier Management, Blueprint Reading, Advanced Measuring Techniques, Computer
Literate, GPMS
精通 AIAG APQP, 质量工程,供应商管理, Blueprint Reading, Advanced Measuring Techniques,
Computer Literate, GPMS等；
3. Knowledge of QMS (TS16949, QS-9000, ISO9001 etc), GD&T, QFD, DFM,
DFA, DVP&R, VE/VA, DOE, DFMEA/PFMEA, Floor Plans, Process Flow Diagrams,
Control Plans, Quoting Procedures / Contract Review
熟悉QMS (TS16949, QS-9000, ISO9001等), GD&T, QFD, DFM, DFA, DVP&R,
VE/VA, DOE, DFMEA/PFMEA, Floor Plans, 工序流程图, 控制计划, 报价程序合同评审；
4. Ability to prepare and conduct customer presentations on PowerPoint.
Ability to discuss and direct technical discussions surrounding Product Design,
Casting, Injection, Painting, Assembly, Gauging and Program Launches.
具备准备和向客户演示PPT，商讨有关技术问题的能力。
5. Knowledge of molding, painting & assembly is
preferred.
具备注塑，油漆和组装相关知识者优先考虑。
6. Outgoing personality, strong communication skills, public relations
skills, adaptability and the ability to negotiate skills
性格外向，具有较强的语言表达沟通能力、公关能力、应变能力和谈判能力；
7. Good English skills英文水平优秀， |
