Responsibilities |
-Supervision on payroll operation (IIT deduction, mandatory contribution calculation, payment application process …) -Supervision on social pension management -Supervision on personnel management (Contract, employee in-out process, leave…) -Responsible for Monthly Headcount report and Turnover rate report -Propose offer according to benchmark and issue offer letter to new staff -Guide subordinates to maintain the HR system and Global Directory -Bonus Scheme implementation -Coordinate with Business Line Managers for Annual salary adjustment, send out salary adjustment letter -Guide on double pay and year end bonus calculation and distribution -Guide on Annual labor inspection -Guide on attendance record and application special working scheme -Responsible for yearly Remuneration Survey -Provide market benchmark according to the result of Remuneration Survey -Other ad hoc issues assigned by HR Manager |
Requirements |
*Bachelor degree *At least 3 year experience in compensation and benefits *Good computer skills especially in MS-excel, familiar with some HR system is preferred *Familiar with HR related laws and regulations *Medium English both in written and spoken *Good for detail work with high quality *Patient, careful and good teamwork spirit |
