Responsibilities |
Job Description: 1.Maintain and improve the current quality system; 2.Lead related departments implement and meet company objectives; 3.Set up and implement specific and challenging quality objectives with related departments to achieve the targets; 4.Ensue and implement quality standard of products based on customer's requirements; 5.Efficient quality control – IQC, PQC, OQC through leading quality inspectors; 6.Take responsibility in incoming material quality standard, evaluate and qualify new suppliers; 7.Correction and preventive action will be taken to ensure continuous quality improvement; 8.Assure good customer service and deal with external complaints. Push and monitor related team members to set the action correction and preventive actions; 9.Manage and coach the quality team to improve the subordinates' working skills and build efficiency team. |
Requirements |
Requirement: 1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical or related field; 2.At least 5 years of quality management experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in foreign manufacturing company; 3.More than 5 years of mechanical or quality management experience; 4.Good understanding and knowledge of mechanical and electrical process; 5.Good knowledge on ISO9000 and ISO14000 system and excellent MS Skills; 6.Excellent communication and problem solving skills; 7.Good command of oral and written English; 8.Proactive, communicative, result-oriented; 9.Self-confident and self-starter; 10.Good communication skills and team work spirit, Honest; 11.Person with discipline, technical criteria to take decisions, highly motivated. |
