| Responsibilities |
Job Purpose 岗位目的: Plan, coordinate and drive all value added products supplying activities in End to End supply chain, including: warehouse, plan, preparation, packing, quality control, process improvement, safety, staff management, make best use of resources to meet market demand, quality standard, finance goal and EHS standard 在端到端供应链系统中计划、协调和驱动所有增值的产品供应活动，包括：仓库、计划、制造、包装、过程质量控制、工艺改进、安全、在线人员管理事项，以达到最有效的利用资源完成市场需求、质量标准、财务指标及安全健康标准。 Key Responsibilities主要岗位职责: 1. Manage HR, material, equipment and other resources to get effective process flow and meet market demand, ensues quality and delivery in time 有效地管理人力、物料、设备等资源以有效地推动工厂价值流动，满足市场需求，保质保量并及时输送产品 2. Manage HR, equipment, process and time to ensure new product delivery and promotion in different period and support marketing strategy 有效地管理人力、设备、工艺及时间，确保达成新品上市和不同时期促销品的上市，以支持市场战略 3. Supervise implementation of GMP, SOP and safety policy, ensure it meet national and GSK standards 监督GMP、SOP及安全环保政策的执行达到国家和GSK的标准 4. Handle emergency and coordinate with other departments to achieve the effective management 解决突发事件并和其他部门协调以达到本部门的有效管理 5. Ensure the safety of all work and equipments on site 确保在工厂内所有的工作和设备的安全性 6. Lead, motivate and drive the training in VS department to achieve individual and departmental objective develop and maintenance good industrial relation 领导、激发和推动部门培训达到个人和部门的目标并发展和保持良好的行业关系 7. Promote OE activities and projects to drive constantly improvement and production efficiency in VS 积极推动价值流内的OE项目及活动的实施以达到整个部门的持续改进和效率提高 8. Make annual budget for department and use resources effectively to achieve the budget 负责价值流的年度预算及管理本部门的资源使资源合理使用以达成这些预算（Opx & Capx） 9. Take part in making business plan and focus on the effective use of resources, support company to get the best benefit . 参与公司的计划并关注工厂的资源，努力为公司取得最大的利益 10. Appraise the subordinates’ performance and skill, provide employee development plan 评估部属工作绩效及技能，提出人员发展计划，不断提高部门绩效 11. Drive lean leadership to achieve Operational Excellence. 推进精益领导力，实现卓越运作 12. Support site L1/2/3/4 audit and ensure CAPAs are closed on time. 参与部门及工厂内L1/2/3/4级审计，并确保纠正预防措施准时关闭 13. Risk management风险管理： Accountable for functional risk management, includes proactive risk identification, assessment and mitigation plan development. 确保所在部门风险管理体系的有效性,包括积极主动对风险进行识别、评估和制定缓解行动计划 14. Understand and comply with the applicable local regulations of Quality, EHS and others, GSK standards for QMS, EHSS etc. and company policy. Adherence to standard operating procedures. And participate & support the execution of site Quality plan. 理解并遵守适用的质量、环境、健康及安全等方面的当地法律法规、葛兰素质量管理体系及环境健康安全等方面的标准和公司方针，遵守公司标准操作规程;参与和支持工厂质量计划的执行。 15. Other projects and tasks as assigned by the line manager. 其它由主管安排的项目。 |
| Requirements |
Specialized Knowledge 专业知识: ¨ breadth & depth across disciplines or functions; expertise in field required 所需知识的宽度（跨学科），所需知识的深度 （特定学科） · Education Background文化程度(学历/专业) Bachelor or above major in pharmacy or related field 大学本科或以上学历，药学相关专业 · Working Experience任职经验 Over 5 years manufacturing management experience, experience in multi-national pharmacy is preferred 5年以上制药行业药品生产管理经验，具有跨国制药公司相关工作经验为佳 Management experience in similar value stream 有本价值流产品类似产品生产管理经验为佳。 · Skill专业知识/技能 knowledge of production and technical process, familiar with GMP requirement and product related quality and EHS regulations 熟练掌握产品知识及工艺要求，掌握GMP，熟悉设备；熟悉药品生产相关的质量及环保安全的法规及政策 · Computer and English ability计算机及外语水平 skill in using computer and office software 熟练使用计算机及常用办公软件 Good English in all aspects, capable to communicate with foreigners about production management and technical equipment 具有良好的英语听说读写能力，能够用英语就生产管理和技术设备与外方人员进行交流。 · Ability能力要求 team management ability, planning communication and coordination skill 具有团队管理能力，计划、沟通与协调管理能力 good on local organizing and leading ability 具有良好的现场组织和指导能力 strong analysis and problem solving ability 具有良好的分析和解决问题的能力 Performance with Integrity、People with Passion、Accountability for Achievement 有很强的领导能力，正派诚实、 热情、 追求卓越成就 |
