| Responsibilities |
Job Description：
1. Analyzes productquality metrics, audit data, customer feedback, regulator and workgroup input.Leads investigation and resolution of concerns from regulators, field QApartners or internal and external customers.
2. Develops anddelivers effective communications to provide partners at all levels withappropriate awareness and knowledge of quality assurance standards requirement,program updates and process changes.
3. Interfaces andinfluences cross-functional teams as the Product Safety, Regulatory and QualitySystem expert in the development of new initiatives or operating practices.Ensures company business initiatives meet Quality, Product Safety andRegulatory standards.
4. Be the qualityfocal point for the supplier activities directed toward process control andquality assurance of sourcing products, work with supplier to establish astructured approach for consistency and adherence to quality procedures andrequirements.
5. Make sure thatcurrent procedure is accord with ISO 9001 and CCCF requirements. Update andstandardize current procedure documents and continues improvements

| Requirements |
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degreein mechanical engineering or related.
2. Minimum 12 yearsworking experience in MNC manufacturing industry, 5 years working experience inQS management and also working as a management position.
3. Knowledge ofquality tools like 6 Sigma, Black Belt, SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, etc.
4. Good negotiationskills and communication skills both in Chinese and English
5. Strongleadership and organizational management capability to lead a team.
6. Self-motivatedand result-orientated, good personalities |
