Responsibilities |
· Support assembly, identify and coordinate required trainings – especially for newly localized products – with the aim to constantly meet defined quality targets.
· Support order procurement, e.g. by expediting parts supply.
· Support localization for parts and products, i.e. get detailed market needs from sales and coordinate / follow up with SMDT’s sourcing team within the generally set frame.
· Information to local sales with regard to individual delivery times (e.g. depending on stock levels, manufacturing capacities, availability of parts – imported and locally).
· Translation of sales forecasts into appropriate stock levels (depending on budgets and individual lead times). |
Requirements |
Education:
Degree in ‚Mechanical Engineering’
Knowledge / skills / professional experiences:
English – written and spoken command required
German – knowledge a plus
Experience with manufacturing of capital goods / industry goods
Experience with SAP R3 / supply chain management |
