| Responsibilities |
- Develop and review Facilities Standard Operation Procedure, maintenance procedure, checklist and schedule. Develop and review spare/inventory Min-Max.
- Manage Energy supply and cost saving effects through operation and engineering optimization.
- Lead technicians to maintain facility equipment.
- The ability of site utility and facility capacity analysis and forecast.
- Manage renovation project designs. Coordinate with local authority.
- Provide support on construction project through engineering solutions, field inspection on safety and quality.
- Develop Facility Job Safety Analysis. Provide technical and safety trainings to contractors.
- Manage Facility documents including as built drawing, O&M manual, Test & commissioning report. |
| Requirements |
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 3+ years working experience in this area.
- Good knowledge and experience in facility operation and construction management.
- Be familiar with the maintenance of facility equipment e.g. HVAC, air compressor, electrical system, vacuum pump.
- Good communication and coordination skill. Result oriented.
- Good analytical and paper work skills.
- Good English and CAD capability. |
