Responsibilities |
Responsibility
Lead all HC activities including employee relations, staffing, and performance and salary administration.
Partnering with managers/supervisors, conduct investigations according to established guidelines.
Along with business unit management, identify training needs for business units and individual coaching needs.
Coaches and counsels supervisors and managers on handling employee issues
Develops and implements a compressive training and development plan meeting employee training needs and Gamesa objectives. Tracks and issues training completion records and training certificates
Weekly and monthly reporting as directed. Including KPI’s.
Helps to resolve benefits and payroll issues.
Assist in the alignment of goals and objectives between China HR and business units, implementing programs, procedures and policies as required to follow structured corporate programs.
Launch recruiting activities along with Recruiting Manager for assigned divisions.
Advise managers on organizational policy
Arrange trainings along with Training Manager and ensure training plan is in place and training plans are followed, documented and updated.
Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
HR projects and perform other duties as assigned.
