Responsibilities |
Main responsibility 1. To achieve the sales account plan 2. To focus on new business development, working with Lenovo Think Group design teams and latterly commodity management. 3. To maintain constant communication with the customer and their design and manufacturing facilities. 4. Identify new product opportunities within the customer. To manage power charts, build relations and deliver sales. 5. Be an ambassador with the customer, establishing a unique position by selling our value proposition to the customer. 6. Be responsible for accuracy and integrity of the Sales Platform. 7. Define customer specific market requirements by accessing customer business strategy and direction. 8. Drive the development of appropriate new products and materials . Ensure that the R&D activities are appropriate, prioritised and delivered on time. |
Requirements |
Qualification: Having a technical background in a relevant product subject and the ability to sell at all levels through the Customers organisation Experience of selling differentiated solutions with a strong desire to make this account a major Strategic account Knowledge and understanding of business financial metrics. Project management skills. Key personal competencies to include: (a) Excellent communication (b) Determination and tenacity (c) Setting Clear Goals (d) Customer Focus (e) Attention to detail (f) Drive to win (g) Smart thinker Empathy with international business cultures. |
