Responsibilities |
Responsibility and Work Scope:
1. To set up department objective, yearly budget and work plan and supervise its implementation status.
2. To set up or perfect HR management system through designing all kinds of management model (such as recruitment, performance, training, C&B, employee development)
3. To support CEO to build up and spread company culture through combining with daily operation manual, regulation and other methods.
4. To keep company’s good image record through developing and maintaining relevant good relationship with different government bureau.
5. To realize cost down through optimizing supplier base and more efficient channel etc.
6. To build an efficient and influenced department and improve department members’ skills through performance management and on-job training and so forth.
7. To solve general and urgent issues related to personnel.
8. Prepare and hand in monthly report to CEO.
9. Other ad hoc work assigned by CEO. |

Professional competency on realizing and implementing HR effective management (including HR Managment manual, Job analysis, performance management, C&B Managment, personel development and training, Regulation management, company culture building)
