| Responsibilities |
1 Assign the tasks and TPM plan to maintenance team including target and
time schedule
2 Supervise and control the whole maintenance tasks and coordinate various
tasks within group
3 Order and manage spare parts according to the machine requirements.
4 Make out yearly maintenance budget and control the maintenance costs.
5 Setup or dismantle machine according to production requirement.
6 Cooperation with other department to do special projects.
7 Follow the safety regulations, standards and give clear instruction to
employees on this matter
8 Cooperate with process engineer to improve product qualities.
9 Cooperate with relative department to solve facility problems.
10 Capacity plan e.g. manpower ( over time, annual leave, new employees),
facilities ( tools, PC, printer, table, and seats, reference books and
documents)
11 Put forward improving suggestion or design according to equipment
potential causes
12 Environment, Health and Security (EHS) related tasks
Supervise and
monitor EHS operation within responsible area according to national and local
EHS related laws and regulations, &procedures;
Together with the EHS
Coordinator to implement the third level EHS-training

| Requirements |
Requirements:
3 years experience in maintenance group leader ;5 years of experience in
machining fields
5 years of experience in motor engineering fields
Strong leadership for staff
Coaching skills
Networking
skills
Decsion making
Bachelor degree or above,major in mechanical / Electrical engineering or
related education;CET-4 or above,fluent English |
