| Responsibilities |
Main responsibility
Manage Operations
Functions :
1. Manage Resources and hiring of staff with emphasis to build a team of skill personnel & management team to ensure the smooth running of the day to day operations.
2. Establish KPIs to monitor performances all Operations functions (Value Streams and ME/OE Engineering Team)
3. Inventory control Management.
4. Review and forward Planning of Assembly Capacity to meet Market Demand.
5. Implement S&OP process into Operations functions.
6. Maintain 5S and Continuous Process improvement at Production Floor.
7. Ensure Monthly Production & Inventory Targets are met.
8.People Skill Development:
Guide and mentor Value Stream Managers to Operation Excellence.
Establish Training Skills for all Personnel.
Constantly meeting the staff on ground level to hear the voice of the people for
Improvement.
Establish Incentives schemes to motivates moral of staff.
Generates Monthly Reports :
Monthly KPIs reports to Management. |
| Requirements |
Main requirement
· Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent
· More than five years production management experience in mechanical manufacturing
· Good communication and interpersonal and leadership skill
Good English skill.
Knowledge in control valve engineering will be an advantage |
