| Responsibilities |
Location: China, Report to: Business Director, No subordinate.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive APAD China Strategic Business Planning in support annual PP and 5 year BSR activities
2. Work closely with APAD account teams and business analysis team for business analysis and business planning.
3. Work closely with individual account team to analyze and identify business growth potential and initiatives
4. Drive account management and planning process/ tools in APAD China team
5. Optimize Account performance management mechanism and tools
6. Drive BCA and pricing discipline in APAD China team
7. Compile pipeline, weekly reports, monthly reports
Key Deliverable
1. Annual PP & 5 Year BSR
2. Growth potential and initiatives monitoring report across APAD sub account teams.
3. APAD Account performance tracking report
4. BCA reports
5. Pipelines, weekly reports, months reports
Winning Behaviors
Process driven and pay attention to details, logic thinking, team spirits, self-motivated, creative
9. IT experience is a plus.

| Requirements |
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Minimum 3 years automotive experience.
3. Minimum 2 years working experience in business development positions.
4. Strong communications skills.
5. Strong in presentation and excel, oracle etc.
6. Proven Skill of Project Management.
7. Good command of Oral/Written English.
8. Coating experience is a plus. |
