Responsibilities |
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE · Assist in the development and implementation of employment policies and procedures · Participate in the development and establishment of department goals, objectives, and systems that directly impact HR strategy and overall business plans of the corporation · Develop, recommend, and implement appropriate HR strategies that meet the business objectives of the corporation · Employee Relations, Service & Communication · Works closely with the HRM to recommend the site-wide employee communication and relations strategy and plan · Performs a wide range of activities related to the planning, development, implementation & evaluation of employee activity and welfare program · Ensuring all published employee activity and welfare plan information is current and accessible · Regularly interfacing with multiple activity and welfare vendors, carriers, and administrators · Assisting in the planning, developing, and designing company employee activity and welfare programs and administration · Monitor and manage shuttle bus and cafeteria vendors’ performance · Training & Development · Works closely with the HRM to recommend the site-wide talent development strategy and framework · Performs a wide range of activities related to the planning, development, implementation & evaluation of organizational training, education & development programs · Assesses and diagnoses training and development gaps, performs curriculum selection or develops and implements training and development using a variety of delivery systems · Provides guidance for selection, design, development, and implementation of appropriate instructional procedures or methods such as individual training, group instruction, self study, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises, role plays, and technology-based training · Identifies and evaluates both internal and external partners and vendors. Ensures that service providers are effectively delivering support in the most cost effective manner · Environment, Health & Safety · Establish and maintain EHS training record, to ensure all required training topics are retrievable upon request · Ensure a method is established to train new and transferring employees before they start the job, and document the practice · As the EHS representative for HR department, attend the EHS Committee meeting and participate in the required activities · Provide input and recommendations for the annual budgeting process · Other duties and responsibilities as assigned |
Requirements |
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field · 5-plus years related experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS · Experience in manufacturing · Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English · Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint · Excellent interpersonal, presentation, time management, and organizational skills · Good business acumen · Attention to detail and ability to prioritize changing workloads · Sense of customer focus · Sense of urgent · Result oriented · Good learning ability, sense of continuous improvement · Team work |
