Responsibilities |
An American Electronic Company PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: To establishes and perfect the strategic operations management system, assists decision-making, and be devoted to improving the integrated management level. 2. To guide and supervise the operations activities to provide world class quality, delivery, and service to Customer. 3. Initiate corrective actions and follow through to insure continuous improvement. 4. Leadership responsibility for strategic and tactical manufacturing planning, quality improvement, cost reductions, productivity and process improvements, equipment and automation development and growth and profitability. 5. Develop and monitor operating budgets for production program, personnel and equipment, manage manufacturing activities to budgeted forecast, take corrective actions to address budget deviations. 6. Monitor sales forecasts to insure requirements in materials, equipment, and personnel are met. 7. Monitor efficiencies of team reporting to this position, establish, monitor and report key indicators. 8. Coordinate employee training needs. 9. Assure ISO compliance and ISO certification. 10. Provide for a safe and healthful workplace. 11. Assure compliance with relevant labor and employment laws. 12. Lead all teams to attain the Cost control targets. 13. Deployment training and reach the team KPI targets. |
Requirements |
QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL SKILLS: Familiar with similar industrial operations management and good ethic are necessary. High Proficiency in English communication, both spoken and written. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. Over 5 years working experience in operations director position is requested. Strong planning and implementation of ability; Demonstrates initiative & skills to contribute for problem solving especially handle variety of complex tasks. Strong motivation, communication, coordination, good team leadership and a team player; excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong interest in dealing with people. Self-motivated, innovative, learning skills, withstand higher working pressure ability. |
