Responsibilities |
Position: HR ManagerReport to: General ManagerSubordinates: 2Main responsibility:1. Coordinate and manage the daily work flow of the human resources and administration department to insure smooth and timely completion of all necessary tasks.2. Manage the relation with relevant HR and all government bureaus.3. Ensure company compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.4. Develop and recommend human resource policies, practice and program to promote high employee performance and productivity.5. Oversee recruitment efforts including writing and placing ads,assisting with interviews, working with headhunters, attending job fairs, issuing jog offers, negotiating salaries and contracts.6. Make recommendation with individually employees on personnel matters including compensation,benefits, pay policies, and performance appraisal program.7. Oversee calculation and payment of employee monthly salaries and annual bonus.8. Handle employee arbitration cases and issues.9. Manage food/transportation vendors and services.10. Maintain personnel files.11. Coordinate employee activities12. Oversee the labor contact issues13. Manage the EHS issues in compliance with the government regulations. |
Requirements |
Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, with fluent written and spoken English .2. At least 6 years experience in Human Resource, preferably in a manufacturing environment. At least two years experience in a supervisory or managerial role.3. Experience with administration management in a China office or plant.4. Experience with China government relationship.5. Experience with EHS 6. Extensive knowledge of employment best practices, employee relations, compensation&benefits, training and development programs, and general HR administration.7. Working Knowledge of local and national HR laws and regulation.8. Excellent communication skills and strong problem solving ability. |
