| Responsibilities |
1. Provides overall direction to Maintenance Department, assuring high level of service. 2. Responsible for reaching the targets of equipment availability through coordination of maintenance function and implementation of Total Productive Maintenance. 3. Responsible for the cost effective and safe provision of the Maintenance Services. 4. Management of all external resources and service contracts required for Maintenance Services. 5. Generation and maintenance of systems, documents, standards and operating procedures required for maintenance. 6. Responsible for the development, control and reporting of the maintenance budget. 7. Contributes to the interpretation and setting of engineering standards and to define procedures to ensure best practices. 8. Develops, agrees and executes an asset strategy to ensure the highest plant availability at the lowest internal cost. 9. Assess/manage employee capabilities and determine staffing needs to meet current and future business needs.

| Requirements |
REQUIRED SKILLS 1. Maintenance: Improve equipment reliability and maintainability to meet maintenance targets. 2. Engineering and project management: Deliver projects to timescale and budget 3. Spares management: Optimize availability of spares parts to meet site maintenance activities 4. Hands-on problem solving. 5. Be a team player and comfortable working within a matrix organization. 6. Familiar with Lean manufacturing, 6Sigma, TPM and other advanced techniques. BACKGROUND Education: Degree in a mechanical engineering. Languages: Fluent English (oral and written) Experience: 5 years experience of maintenance management in a relevant industry. |
