| Responsibilities |

l Make urgent progress in raising EHS compliance levels, as measured by Global EHS Standards, internal audits, and CEHS audits
l Ensure the Team Resilience initiative is fully used to obtain best possible results.
l Compile and report statistics on the established metrics related to EHS issues.
l Complete EHS risk assessments to drive changes in SOP’s, process design, equipment investment, and other business decisions that can have an impact on EHS matters.
l Drive completion of actions to improve rankings such as for Highly Protected Risk, Human Risk Factors, and other assessment programs related to EHS
l Ensure the continuous effectiveness of EHS and Security programs and resources by periodic tests and verification of the adequacy of resources |
| Requirements |
Specialised Knowledge 专业知识 :
¨ breadth & depth across disciplines or functions; expertise in field required

· Bachelor degree of Science or Engineering; Environmental Protection and Occupational Health & Safety related major is preferred.
· At least 5 years minimum experience working in the same capacity within a comparable JV
· ISO and OHSAS management experience
· Detailed knowledge of all national and local E.H&S legislations, standards, and procedures. Familiarization with multi-national standards
· Strong self-learning |
