Responsibilities |
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Oversee product launches on a new assembly line• Improve processes in assembly• Problem solving and process improvements in the areas of safety, quality,and productivity• Write assembly work processes /layout / team members assignmentprocedures• Establish manpower requirements, line and sub-assembly balancing data,and expectancy time performances• Process documentation and control of prototype assembly issues• Utilize Lean/Six Sigma principles and methodologies in making processimprovements• Manage facility projects to support production requirements and businessplans• Design or evaluate tooling /fixtures• Work with IT and US team to make sure BOM accuracy• Design or evaluate the material packaging• Create or update SWI• Training team members with certification |
Requirements |
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or above,5-plus years relatedwork experience• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment assembly and tooling• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Have basic safety sense• Strong with CAD /ProE or other relevant knowledge• Have experience performing LEAN activities• Knowledge of BOM and MRP system• Candidates must come prepared to present examples of their work andcost savings projects• Strong with Teamwork• Strong written and oral English ability• Strong communication and organizational skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS• Project management skill was preferred• Green belt or above was preferred• Knowledge of heavy equipment assembly and tooling is preferred |
