Responsibilities |
PrimaryResponsibilities:Responsible for COE management in China, act as an advisor to different functional COE, recommend and implement strategies to support business plan.Oversee China L/D team and review existing process, SOP, compliance and documentation.C&B analysis and reporting, diagnosis immediate and long term staffing needs, plan tactical workforce to be in alignment with business needs.Work with operations to identify key positions and jointly seek out potential successor.Supervise, train, coach staff of HR functions. |
Requirements |
Requirements:· Bachelor in Business major in Human Resource or equivalentMinimum 10 years of experiences in Human Resources operations(more than 3 years experience as COE leader-experienced in C&B and L&D area)Proficient in English and MandarinGood knowledge of Asia culture and labour law. |
