Responsibilities |
Main responsibilities?•Allocate varies tasks and targets to the group members and supervise the implementation•Environment, Health and Security (EHS) related tasks. Seriously implement position operational rules and ensure security based on national and local EHS related laws and regulations, Siemens headquarters and SEDL’ procedures.•Responsible to realize high service quality and continuous improvement of customer satisfaction within his groups•Make and implement employees competency /personel development plan supporting by HR•Make resource and capacity plan e.g. manpower (over time, leaves, new persons) and facilities (tools, etc.)•Support to improve product/service quality and performance in cooperation with other departments•Plan and implement customer care activities ( product training , technical communication, special application consultant…)Qualifications •Bachelor degree or above with major of electrical engineering and motor related.•More than ten years of experience in motor related business, especially R&D, Engineering, Services…•More than three years as team leader or manager•Good knowledge in MS office software•Tools and Methods about Implementation of lean strategy and continuous improvement•Capacity of fluent English |
