| Responsibilities | Mission: Responsible for motor winding workshop daily management;
Administrate the worker’s ability by developing and training of workers; Keep on
making improvement on working flow of motor production, etc
Responsibilities:
1. Plan production capacity (manpower, space, equipment, tools etc.)
according to information from BU.
2. Support production planning , material administration, production ,
maintenance when necessary
3. Administrate the worker’s ability by developing and training of
workers
4. Work out / update production procedure and instruction when needed
5. Keep on making improvement on working flow of motor production
6. Production on site improvement
7. Environment, Health and Security (EHS) related tasks
8. Supervise and monitor EHS operation within responsible function
according to national and local EHS related laws and regulations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical engineering
or related education; CET-4 or above.
2. At least 5 Years experience in production planning, floor shop
controlling and motor engineering fields;
3. Strong leadership, high coaching skills, Networking skills with quick
decision making
4. Familiar with SAP system;
5. Good command of English. |
